Mark, good seeing you this morning. My honest answer is that readiness is the wrong test. The structures are already producing these failures every day… what changes is the explanation available. For years. the failure could wear a person's name, and the structure stayed invisible behind it. Agents take that alibi away. There is no one to blame in a simulation, so what is left is the design. Orgs do not need to be ready for that. They need a name for what they are looking at, which is the part I am working on.
